Registration fees include: Admission to the conference, Conference materials, Coffee breaks, Welcome reception (June 7th), Excursion and Conference dinner.
Registration fees are categorized as follows:
- Regular and invited participants: 350 € incl. VAT
- Students: 200 € incl. VAT
- Accompanying person: 150 € incl. VAT
Fee payment can only be done through Bank transfer. Credit cards and cash are not possible as payment methods.
Visa information
EU residents normally do not require visa. Greece is a member of EU Schengen Area therefore if you hold a valid EU Schengen visa no additional visa is required for entrance. Please check with your country administration if you need to apply for visa to travel to Greece. Contact us at mecame2020@gmail.com so that we can provide you with appropriate Invitation letter for visa application.
